We will be based in the International Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Federation rules (www.ibjjf.org - click in "referee" then in "rules" in the top bar), for any referee decisions.
It will be divided in three weight categories: 1st category will be (galo, pluma and pena categories) under 70kg weight students, 2nd category will be (leve, medio and meio-pesado categories) under 85kg weight students and 3rd category will be (pesado, superpesado and pesadissimo categories) under 100kg weight students.
The open weight category will happen if the Tournament staff's realize it is suitable.
Each competitor will be entitled to participate in his/her own weight category and in the open weight category.
