Tour in Europe (july and september 2009)

Most Recently I have been to a jiu-jitsu camping in Ferrara (North of Italy). I´ve got tell you guys: The level of jiu-jitsu is really getting higher and higher worldwise. Congratulations to Rio Grapling Club (the team that invited me to share my knowledge), specially to the Head Master of this academy: Roberto Atalla who is doing a such good job in Europe. Thanks to his work I could have had such a nice expierence in last September in Italy. A full week trainning twice every single day. We did it by the Italians Riviera, was just unforgettable. Atalla has a very goog team of jiu-jitsu fighters down there. I have to mension the outstanding and dedicated work from Bernardo Serrini (Livorno), Matteo Calamandrei (Firenze), Matteo Menna (Ferrara), Gianluca Boni (Bologna) and Pierre “Papagaio” (Bologna).
I can´t forget to tell you about very good and dedicated fighters that I had the opportunity to play or talk with, like: Kim (Estocolmo), Paolo (Vareze), Fellipo Del Bimo (Livorno), Matias “Barbicha”(Grosseto), Cristiano Fallai (Firenze) and so many other from the camping and from some training that I did in some academies visited.
From my “tour” trough Europe I can´t forget to say how thankfull I am to Andrej Banik who´s hospitality made my staying in Budapeste even more delightfull.
And also dedicate some lines to Roberto Atalla´s partner: Mariusz Mario Koziej who´s directly responsible for Polony´s jiu-jitsu development and also helping Roberto with the academy management. Mariusz is a very good combination of tecnich skills, character, integrity and commitement. All necessary to guarantee the sucesss of Atalla´s project of teaching Brazilian Jiu-jitsu to Europe comunity.
I probably forgot to mension some names but I want to thank all of you for that unforgettable visit to Europe. And most of all I want to thank again the professor Roberto Atalla that made it all possible.
